Pretty simple really. If the school board let him go there and he is an athlete, then he must be allowed to be on that school's team if that's what Mr. McClendon wants to do. You can't allow someone to go to a school and exclude them from extra-curricular activities because they don't live next door to the school.

I don't see the problem with making people prove they are who they say they are. It's not a Rep or Dem thing. Dems should be supportive of the law as well. Why wouldn't they be??
