If the author of this piece spent more time reading the actual documents of the case, instead of fabricating a misleading smear story, it might actually matter. Unfortunately, he has a reputation for this sort of shallow, meager behavior around town.

This started more than a year ago as a case of the Hixson community rising up against a crappy development and a crappy developer, and it remains so.
