I wish they would have included the numbers from The Pinnacle with this column. It is over 50% sold-out in less than 3 years and has great prices!! One bedrooms in the $120's, 2 bedrooms from $129-$199k, and 3 bedrooms from $179k. It also has a fabalous amentiy package onsite! All units are FHA approved and below the FHA price of $210k as well.
Hey traffic cam complainers......go live in a bigger city and cameras are everywhere. There is no reason to complain for getting a ticket for breaking a law.
It is amazing to me that you complain for getting caught. If the cameras were gone, would you complain if you were in an accident that was not your fault but you had no proof.
They have signs posted telling you of the cameras...in other words, they warn you ahead of time to NOT break the law or pay a penalty for doing so.
Anyway----how much $$$ do these cameras bring in? That could be offset with a new "fee" spread among all RB owners and then really ignite a firestorm.
How about RB use some money and allow the buses from Chattanooga to come into their town. This would allow people to live in RB and utilize Chattanooga transit....thus creating more of a demand for RB. Right now, it is a totally transient community and not a "homeplace" for many to look at.
RB should either (OR BOTH) :
1. allow Chattanooga buses into the city.
2. Create a park-n-ride carpool parking lot (free lot from like 6a-8p)
They need to make themselves friendlier and push the area...coordinate with bike and walking lanes/paths and tie into the future Stringer Ridge greenbelt. It is their back door and they do not even hype it up at all.
