absolutely. The President can't just go out and "spend" money. All appropriations and spending measures go through Congress, then the President approves them. People always miss that point. They always blame the President, but never realize the he can't authorize any spending without the approval of Congress, unless in wartime

and yes the stimulus had to go through Congress first. That's how government works. So it's not just President Obama, its all of Washington. You act as if Obama just hands people money whenever he wants. That's not how government works. Government 101. Go back to middle school and pay attention this time

the problem is Rick, the private sector wouldn't give free health care to anyone if they couldn't make a buck off of it. Jesus did it solely to help people and care for them. The problem with Capitalism is that is breeds greed! It is solely used to help further the individual with no consideration to society
