For more than twenty years, I have managed social sector organizations with extremely tough missions – creating new value from existing resources, mobilizing community stakeholders, and developing sustainable operations without unnecessary layers of bureaucracy.

It has been a privilege helping Chattanooga residents build a better community through organizations like Dismas House, Chattanooga Endeavors and Stephen's Table – the missions of which have directly assisted thousands of former offenders and their families find a legitimate second chance after prison!

I volunteer extensively and am a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church where I also serve on the Parish Conucil. I live with my wife and two children in the Audubon area.
