I am an exercise physiologist and believe that if Blue Cross of Tennessee and Alabama really want to promote health and wellness, they will follow the lead of BC/BS of Georgia, California, etc. and give premium discounts to their insurers who can provide written documentation they are participating in a wellness program.
That would provide financial incintives to about 85% of the population to live healthy, and would be a nice alternative to the universal healthcare battle.
Statistics have shown, over time, that healthcare costs go down for those living a healthy lifestyle. So BC/BS would benefit with reduced claims to pay.
thank you,
Tim

Kiffin: Vols 'play by rules'
Does he really expect us to believe this? Or is Kiffin that nieve himself? Don't ever welcome the NCAA because they will find something.
