I'm a cyclist. And I'm really close to jumping on the cycling rider's license band wagon... If cyclists have a license, in which they have paid a fee to be on major road ways just as motorists have (motorcyclists and scooter drivers included), and an accident occurs, it will be much more clear cut to take action in my opinion.
I still believe it's ridiculous that we have a 3-Foot-Law the state so enthusiastically passed, yet no one up to our state's highest office seems to mind when a cyclist is injured or killed.
