Whether the parent's are illegal or not, the big problem is, the state will provide services for foster stranger's but NOT for Bio parent's. This is a Nationwide problem, not just for illegal immigrant's. Instead of ripping families apart, provide them with at least half of what foster stranger's get. Preserve families. Stop Destroying them!
