I can understand the frustration on not receiving pay raises, but it they are not the only people who have not gotten raises. In fact I know people who have been in their positions for over 10 plus years but have not gotten a raise in the last two or three years, not that they are not doing a good job, but this recession has hurt everyone.
I don't think there is any question who is the better team this year. 42-14 was not what I was expecting, is going to make this next week a very exciting one between McCallie and Baylor
@Libertarians4Freedom So what your saying is because it doesn't happen very often it is ok to do it? I am a bit confused by your comment. Anyone with half a brain was taught at a young age not to mix fire with gasoline. This is just someone being stupid and unfortunately someone else has to suffer for it. Very sad.
I couldn't agree with you more. It is just getting ridiculous. Its not only the black community that gets discriminated against, but medical, age, creed, religion, etc., all have the same issues. Should they all start a group and push to have "their" people get hired whether they qualify or not.
I personally have been denied jobs due to me have cleft lip and palate, where I know that I had the better resume.
Its just sad that people can't get a job due to their knowledge or experience anymore.
So-called Granddaddy?? What were you thinking when you wrote that?
I am a marching band participatant back in 1988 and 1989. It seems your trying to make the Rose Bowl Parade a bit less than what it is. These Soddy Daisy kids are having the time of their lives, memories that will last forever (I know) and you just demeaned the parade. I think its sad that you put your own spin on the story. Unless you have marched that 5.5 miles, stick to the facts and not your own opinion. As far as I am concerned and millions of others it is the Granddaddy of parades
Do you support recalling Chattanooga Mayor Ron Littlefield?
Unfortunately no one has asked if I would sign the petition... and I know quite a few more who would be willing to sign.
Sounds like he is a bully in a school yard... once again politicians not caring what the people want.
