Facts are Michael Oher had an athletic reputation long before the Tuhoy's got involved with him. They knew exactly what they were doing and wouldnt have give him the time of day if he'd been 5-6 230lbs club footed and wore thick glasses.....
If not given the death sentence, he should be "fixed" to never, ever have that urge again, in or out of prison.
