The felony murder trial for Jesse Mathews, accused of killing Chattanooga Police Sgt. Tim Chapin, is scheduled to begin Jan. 22, 2013, after prosecution and defense teams met for a hearing in Judge Barry Steelman's Hamilton County Criminal courtroom Tuesday.
