The Tennessee Valley Authority conducted an emergency drill featuring a simulated accident at the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant in Spring City, Tenn., on Wednesday. The exercise included about 1,000 participants in the region and will be graded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
