Steps2Hope builds new home for U.S. Army veteran Spc. Andrew Smith, wife Tori

After losing both legs to an IED blast while serving in Afghanistan last year, U.S. Army Spc. Andrew Smith and his wife Tori were presented with a new home from the Steps2Hope organization on Thursday. Community members raised more than $200,000 to build the home. With construction lasting only seven days, more than 1,100 volunteers pitched in to build the home in Apison, Tenn.
