Tyler Andrew Jernigan, 24, was taken into custody by Hamilton County deputies early this morning in connection to a stabbing that took place on Friday night.
Jernigan is charged with aggravated assault.
The victim of the stabbing was found non-responsive when deputies arrived on the scene at 9823 Birchwood Pike. The victim was immediately transported to a hospital and rushed into surgery.
The name of the victim has not been released and the investigation is ongoing.
