Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Paul Hubbs Jr., Jefferson City, are celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary today at the First Christian Church, Jefferson City. Wendell Paul Hubbs Jr. and Myra Jo Bollinger were married December 21, 1947, at First Methodist Church, Poplar Bluff. The Rev. Errell H. O'Rear officiated. They were attended by Phyllis (Bollinger) Case, Delba (Hartle) Englehardt, Betty Lou (Wood) Langraff, Oliver William Hubbs, Harry Bond, and Leland Gaines. Mr. and Mrs. Hubbs have four children: Wendell Randolph Hubbs, Linda Jane Teaters, Kathy Colleen Langdon, and Barbara Ann Walker; three grandchildren: Brent Allen Iven, Daniel Adam Walker, and Joshua Paul Walker; and 11 great-grandchildren.
