Mr. and Mrs. Michael Kesel, St. Elizabeth, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday with a dinner in St. Elizabeth, hosted by the family. Michael Kesel and Linda Herx were married October 14, 1967, at St. Martin Catholic Church, St. Martins. Father Kenneth McDonald officiated. They were attended by Ginger Miller, Russellville; Linda Esser, Columbia; Julie Brandt, Jefferson City; Ben Wilbers, deceased; Robert Kesel, St. Elizabeth; and Gregg Roberds, Lexington, S.C. Mr. and Mrs. Kesel have three children: Steven Kesel, St. Peters; Michelle Wilmes and her husband Tyler, Eldon; and Andrew Kesel and his wife Amanda, Kansas City. They also have four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
