Greg and Lori Steinbeck announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel Lynn Steinbeck, to Curtis Joseph Arnold, son of Joe and Carol Arnold, all of Jefferson City. A September 22 wedding is planned at Immaculate Conception Church, Jefferson City. The bride-to-be is a 2014 graduate of Helias Catholic High School, Jefferson City. She is currently attending the University of Missouri-Columbia pursuing a Bachelor of Health Science degree with an emphasis in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound. The groom-to-be is a 2014 graduate of Helias Catholic High School, Jefferson City. He is currently attending the University of Missouri-Columbia pursuing a Bachelor degree in Agricultural Economics with emphasis in Public Policy. The couple is registered at Target and Amazon.
