Brittany Bax and Patrick Prenger, both of Jefferson City, were married at 3:30 p.m., September 2, 2017, at the Colonel Bolton Home, Jefferson City. Bart Larson performed the double-ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Michael and Stacey Bax, Wardsville. The groom is the son of Edmund and Janet Prenger Jr., Taos. The bride is a 2007 graduate of Blair Oaks High School, Jefferson City, and a 2012 graduate of the University of Central Missouri, Warrensburg, with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. She is a third grade teacher at Pioneer Trail Elementary. The groom is a 2003 graduate of Blair Oaks High School, Jefferson City, and a 2007 graduate of Lincoln University, Jefferson City, with a Business degree. He is a Financial Representative at Country Financial. After a wedding trip to Jamaica, the couple resides in Holts Summit.
