Sarah Baum, Reston, Virginia, and Kevin Miller, Jefferson City, were married at 6:30 p.m. on May 5, 2018 at Christ the King Catholic Church, Nashville, Tenn. Father Kevin McCarthy performed the double ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Robert and Kimberly Baum, Reston, Virginia. The groom is the son of Larry and Therese Miller, Jefferson City. A dinner and dance reception was held at Christ the King Parish Hall at 7:30 p.m. The rehearsal dinner, hosted by Larry and Therese Miller, was held May 4, 2018 at TailGate Brewery. The bride is a 2005 graduate of South Lakes High School, Reston, Virginia, a 2009 graduate of College of William & Mary, Williamsburg, Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience, and a 2013 graduate of University of Texas Health Science, Houston, Texas, with a PhD in Neuroscience. She is currently employed as a Neuroscientist at the University of Washington. The groom is a 2009 graduate of Helias High School, Jefferson City, a 2013 graduate of Valparaiso university with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and a 2018 graduate of Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tenn., with a PhD in Interdisciplinary Materials Science. He is currently employed as an Engineer with SpaceX. After a wedding trip to Alaska, the couple resides in Redmond, Washington.
