Ralph and the late Doris Brendel, Jefferson City, announce the engagement of their daughter, Michele Lynne Bailey, Jefferson City, to Robert Craig McCracken, Jefferson City, the son of Robert McCracken, Trenton, and Deann Gentry, Columbia. A September 23 wedding is planned at Sandals Royal Bahamian Resort, Nassau, Bahamas.
