Mr. and Mrs. Norbert Hake, Jefferson City, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family vacation in Branson, hosted by their children. Norbert Hake and Rita Nilges were married May 18, 1968, at St. Peters Catholic Church, Jefferson City. Rev. Norman Aherns officiated. They were attended by Linda (Nilges) Prenger, Jefferson City; Leona (Hake) Otto, St. Thomas; Judy (Nilges) Howell, Westphalia; Virgil Hake, Jefferson City; Larry Nilges, deceased; Matt Hake, Maryland Heights; Marlene (Nilges) Stieferman, Jefferson City; and Allen Schollmeyer, Jefferson City. Mr. and Mrs. Hake have six children: Becky Wolken and her husband Glenn, Russellville; Brian Hake and his wife Angela, Jefferson City; Amy Trachsel and her husband Darrell, California; Lori Baysinger and her fiancé Adam Thompson, Jefferson City; Patrick Hake and his fiancée Corinn Herigon-Puleo, Olean; and Kristen Ledbetter and her husband Seth, Jefferson City. They also have 12 grandchildren: Katie Brockman, Alyssa Simon, Zach Wolken, Morgan Duenkel, Zach Simon, Brianna Hake, Mackenzie Duenkel, Amber Trachsel, Austin Hake, Steven Skanes, Abby Trachsel, and Hayden Ledbetter.
