Morris and Denise Woodruff announce the engagement of their daughter, Rosemary Woodruff, to Justin Klinkner, son of Cris and Robert Klinkner, all of Jefferson City. A September 1 wedding is planned at River Camp at Saint Louis Zoo, St. Louis. The bride-to-be is a 2010 graduate of Jefferson City High School, Jefferson City, and a 2015 graduate of Lindenwood University with a BFA in Graphic Design. She is a Graphic Designer at News Tribune and a Merchandising Specialist at Best Buy. The groom-to-be is a 2010 graduate of Blair Oaks High School, Wardsville. He is an Appliance Installer for Geek Squad. The couple is registered at Target, Amazon, Best Buy, and Bed, Bath and Beyond.
