Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Werner, Jefferson City, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary August 9 with a dinner hosted by their children. Kenneth Werner and Thelma Jones were married August 8, 1959, at St. Peter Catholic Church, Jefferson City. The late Father Norman Ahrens officiated. They were attended by Sue Cardwell Miller, Boonville; Anna Mae Schaefer Jones, Milan, Ind.; Kathy Werner Wallace, deceased; James Werner, Linn Creek; Thomas Werner, Portland, Ore.; and Dennis McKinney, Ocala, Fla. Mr. and Mrs. Werner have three children: Julie Sullivan, Bradley Werner, and Randall Werner, all of Jefferson City. They also have nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
