Mr. and Mrs. Donnie Custard, New Bloomfield, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary June 30 with a dinner at Oscar's Diner, Jefferson City, hosted by the couple, their children and spouses. Donnie Custard and Marita Jones were married October 24, 1969, at First Baptist Church, Jefferson City. Reverend Nelson Duke officiated. They were attended by Karen (Jones) Roberts, Jefferson City; Patricia (Cundiff) Benitz, deceased; Fred Sundermeyer and Jimmy Willams. Mr. and Mrs. Custard have two children: Jay Custard and his wife Elizabeth, Erie, Colorado; and Jeff Custard and his wife Rebecca, Fenton. They also have five grandchildren: Sam Custard, Charlie Custard, Eliza Custard, Luke Custard, and Mason Custard.
