Jessie Skain and John Quick, both of Omaha, Neb., were married at 2 p.m., February 23, at St. John's Catholic Church, Omaha, Neb. Fr. Amidon performed the ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Jim and Martha Skain, Jefferson City. The groom is the son of Tim and Mary Quick, St. Cloud, Minn. A dinner and dance reception followed the ceremony at the Ralston Arena, Omaha, Neb. A rehearsal dinner, hosted by the groom's parents, was held February 22 at the Old Mattress Factory, Omaha, Neb. The bride is a 2009 graduate of Helias High School, Jefferson City, and a 2013 graduate of Creighton University, Omaha, Neb. She is employed with Mutual of Omaha. The groom is a 2009 graduate of Cathedral High School, St. Cloud, Minn., and a 2013 graduate of Creighton University. He is employed with Triage Staffing. The couple resides in Omaha, Neb.
