Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Schulte, Eugene, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary today with an open house and dinner at the Knights of Columbus Hall, Mary's Home, hosted by their children. Wayne Schulte and Brenda Todd were married September 6, 1969, at Our Lady of Snows Catholic Church, Mary's Home. Fr. Sean Smyth officiated. They were attended by Harriett (Todd) Graham, Springfield; Judy (Schubert) Todd, Lohman; Mary (Schulte) Kemna, Warsaw; Linda (Warden) Doerhoff, Wardsville; Terri (Finn) Walker, Jefferson City; Henry Schulte, Mary's Home; Jerry Todd, Lohman; Jim Todd, New Bloomfield; James Kempker, Mary's Home; and Michael Schwaller, Mary's Home. Mr. and Mrs. Schulte have three children: Margaret Crisp and her husband Will, Marshall; Lisa Luebbering, Crocker; and Michael Schulte and his wife Roxanne, Mary's Home. They also have seven grandchildren: Doug Beck, Shawn Beck, Phillip Luebbering, Sheldon Schulte, Cody Schulte, Brendsey Luebbering, Ethan Schulte; and one great-grandchild: Gavin Beck.
