Chelsea Shellyn Cox and Zachary Ryan Fletcher, both of Holts Summit, were married at 2:30 p.m., September 14, 2019, at Concord Baptist Church, Jefferson City. Dr. Monte Shinkle performed the double-ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Rick and Lisa Cox, Jefferson City. The groom is the son of Mitchell and Lisa Fletcher, Holts Summit, and Norbert Hohm, New Bloomfield. Given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore an ivory fit and flare gown with a sweetheart neckline with bead and pearl accents, lace and chapel-length train. She completed her ensemble with a one-tier fingertip veil. She carried a cascading bouquet of pink roses, white hydrangea, white stock, pink astilbe, bonsai, pink lizzies, and viburnum berries. The honor attendant was Rachel Hays, Jefferson City, friend of the bride. The attendants were Briana Kirkland, Fairfax, Va., cousin of the bride; Meghan Cochran, Dexter, friend of the bride; Hilary Gibson, Creve Coeur, friend of the bride; and Taylor Fletcher, Holts Summit, sister-in-law of the groom. They wore pink floor-length dresses with a lace top and flowy bottom. The best man was Adam McFadden, Holts Summit, friend of the groom. The groomsmen included Anthony Steck, New Bloomfield, friend of the groom; Matt Bisges, Jefferson City, friend of the groom; Garrett Cole, Mary's Home, friend of the groom; and Heath Fletcher, Holts Summit, brother of the groom. The flower girls were Grace Cox, daughter of Derrick and Erin Cox, Jefferson City, niece of the bride; and Zoey Fletcher, daughter of Heath and Taylor Fletcher, Holts Summit, niece of the groom. The ring bearer was Colton Cox, son of Derrick and Erin Cox, Jefferson City, nephew of the bride. The candlelighters and ushers were Derrick Cox, Jefferson City, brother of the bride, and Ryan Hohm, Jefferson City, brother of the groom. The vocalist was Jonathan Shinkle, Jefferson City, friend of the bride. A dinner and dance reception followed the ceremony at The Millbottom, Jefferson City. A rehearsal dinner, hosted by the groom's parents, was held September 13, 2019, at Madison's Cafe, Jefferson City. The bride is a 2009 graduate of Jefferson City High School, Jefferson City, and a 2010 graduate of Nichols Career Center, Jefferson City, with a Dental Assisting degree. She is a Surgical Dental Assistant at Columbia Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. The groom is a 2004 graduate of Jefferson City High School, Jefferson City, and a 2006 graduate of Nascar Technical Institute, Mooresville, N.C., with an Automotive Technician degree. He is owner of Fletcher Performance and Paint, and co-owner of Capital City Window Cleaning. After a wedding trip to Big Cedar Lodge, "Glamping Tents", Branson, the couple resides in Holts Summit.
