Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Schwartze, Jefferson City, are celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary today with a private brunch at Meadow Lake Acres Country Club, hosted by their children.
Jerome Schwartze and Leona Buschmann were married October 4, 1952, at Visitation Catholic Church, Vienna.
Mr. and Mrs. Schwartze have three children: John Schwartze and his wife Carol Schwartze, Jefferson City; Barbara Redd, Lake Quivera, Kan.; and Donna Schwartze, Kansas City. They also have three grandchildren: Lauren Franklin, Leslie Starks, and Leah Starks; and two great-grandchildren: Laney Franklin and Cameron Franklin.
