Clarissa Mignon Anderson became the bride of Christopher Allen Carter in a ceremony on Saturday Oct. 17, at North Cleveland Church of God in Cleveland, Tenn. Dr. Hubert Seals performed the ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James E. Anderson of Zion, Ill. Parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth D. Carter. The bride was given in marriage by her father. Michelle Anderson, twin sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Rachel Sullivan, Hayley Davidson and Tonya Solomon. Abigail Barker was the flower girl. Mr. Carter served his son as best man. Groomsmen were Ray Smith, Steven Gass and Scott Hunerwadel. Stephen Thomas was ring bearer. Thomas Barker was the bellringer and Tommy Jason Barker was the lay reader. A reception was held at the church. After a wedding trip to Savannah, Ga., the couple reside in Cleveland.
