Residents of Port Angeles, Washington, are signing a giant card for Chattanooga after the attacks on local military facilities last week.

Port Angeles was Chattanooga's rival for the title of 'Best Town Ever' in a contest held by Outside Magazine earlier this year. It came in a close second, with 48 percent of the vote.
