Port Angeles was Chattanooga's rival for the title of 'Best Town Ever' in a contest held by Outside Magazine earlier this year. It came in a close second, with 48 percent of the vote.
The community of 19,000 people have been invited to sign the banner through Friday at city hall, according to the Peninsula Daily News.
