Brew Skies Beer & Wine Festival
AT&T Field was the place to be on Sept. 10 for the Brew Skies Beer & Wine Festival, sponsored by the Chattanooga Breakfast Rotary Club. Stormy weather wasn't enough to stop residents from showing up to enjoy local and international beer and wine tastings, and listening to live music. All proceeds will support the Rotary group and help fund a new all-inclusive playground at Rivermont Elementary School.
Chamber's North Chattanooga Council meets
The North Chattanooga Chamber Council held its monthly networking luncheon on Sept. 6. Guest speaker was Elaine Merritt, executive director at BNI of Southeast Tennessee. Sponsored by Kedric Webster, financial associate at Thrivent, this event taught attendees how to network with intention. Through these monthly meetings, the North Chattanooga Council keeps businesses informed and ready to serve their communities.
