U.S. Auto Sales closes 30 stores including Chattanooga unit

U.S. Auto Sales has closed its used-car dealership in Chattanooga and more than 30 others across the South for the foreseeable future, according to reports.

The company bills itself as "the premier buy here, pay here dealership in Chattanooga." U.S. Auto Sales said it provides used car auto loans for all credit levels.

The company opened its first store in 1992 and expanded to Chattanooga in 2021.

Automotive News, citing an Atlanta TV station, reported the dealership chain will keep its locations closed "for the foreseeable future" and furlough employees without pay.
