GOOD TO KNOW

If you're already feeling stressed about the Super Bowl, there's an app for that. The Super Bowl Fanxiety Tracker is billed as the world's first real-time sports anxiety tracker to be used before and during the Feb. 12 showdown between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles. The tracker is already live and will track your anxiety -- showing percentages of the time you've been anxious, calm or neutral -- from the time you sign up to the end of the game. While you chart your personal numbers, app developer AQ will track cumulative levels for each team's fan base (you'll be asked at sign-up if you're a diehard or casual fan). There is no cost for the app, but participation does require an Apple Watch to collect heart-rate readings and other vitals. All user data remains anonymous and will not be shared or sold to a third party, according to the company. Download: theaqapp.com/blog/2023/01/30/fanxiety/
