The states with the highest rates of sexual harassment charges in the workplace and the number of such charges per 100,000 people from 2018 through 2021 were:

1. West Virginia: 5.12.

2. Kansas: 4.57.

3. Missouri: 4.45.

4. Nevada: 4.37.

5. Alabama: 4.17.

6. Mississippi: 3.91.

7. Georgia: 3.83.

8. Tennessee: 3.52.

9. Illinois: 3.37.

10. Arkansas: 3.27.
