Greetings, Chattanooga!
For today's non-coronavirus news of the day, let's talk about laughing yoga, which is pretty much what it sounds like: deep breathing combined with voluntary laughter. And, yes, it is ridiculous, which is kind of the point. If you feel too silly trying it yourself, I suggest looking up a video of others doing it. And seriously - I bet you all the food stored in my pantry - it will make you smile.
Anyway, here's a story I wrote about laughing yoga several years back, along with a look at some of the health benefits.
And now, today's top stories:
A Cleveland clinic just opened drive-through testing for COVID-19, allowing people with symptoms to be tested without needing a doctor's referral.
Here's how Chattanooga veterinarians are adapting during the pandemic.
And, residents of the Fort Wood Historic District took to their porches last Friday to share their musical talents as a way to ward off the tension. Check out the video.
