Good morning, Chattanooga!
Now, I've never been the biggest country music fan. But recently we've had so many stories about Chattanooga area native Kane Brown, that I had to check his music out.
This week it was announced that Brown was named to Time Magazine's list of 100 most influential people for 2021. And that was of no surprise to those who know him well.
"First of all, he is a good guy," said retired country radio on-air personality Bill "Dex" Poindexter who has followed Brown's career along the way.
"A way, way good guy who cares about his fans, his music and people in general. And, he is very talented, and I don't think there is any limit to what he will do. His songwriting is superb, and he has surrounded himself with the correct people."
