Police try to ID body found in burned car

RALEIGH, Tenn. -- Police in West Tennessee are working to identify a body found in a burned car.

The Commercial Appeal reports the man's body was found late Thursday after firefighters called to car fire in Raleigh extinguished the blaze.

No further information was immediately available. Police say anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers at 901-528-2274.
