Chattanooga parking consultants want to hear from the public at the Bessie Smith Cultural Center this evening.

The open house event, which lasts from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m., seeks input for a parking study commissioned River City Company and the Chattanooga Area Regional Transportation Authority (CARTA) in partnership with the City of Chattanooga, according to a announcement by city spokeswoman Marissa Bell.

Nelson/Nygaard Consulting Associates is performing the study.
