Authorities arrest 11 men and women in East Brainerd prostitution sting

Vice and narcotics officers arrested 11 men and women during a prostitution sting last week, according to a Chattanooga Police Department news release.

An undercover operation from from Dec. 6 to Dec. 7 focused on online solicitation of prostitution which led officers to both suspected prostitutes and johns at a hotel in East Brainerd.

The 11 suspects, ranging from 20 to 43 years old, were charged with prostitution, patronizing prostitution and drug-related charges.

All but two suspects were issued criminal citations.

Victim services were offered to the women charged with prostitution.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Homeland Security and East Ridge Police Department provided assistance in the investigation.

Morgan Polce (female, 27)

Armani Hernandez (female, 20)

Jasmine Coleman (female, 20), also possession of marijuana

Patronizing Prostitution Arrests:

Devon King (male, 39)

Demetrus Thrasher (male, 29)

Brian Holland (male, 43)

Robert Jones (male, 37)

Curtis Popplewell (male, 26)

Robert Moates III (male, 43)

Other Arrest:

Melanie Clinton (female, 35), possession of meth for resale, possession of drug paraphernalia
