UPDATE: The victim has been identified as 74-year-old Malcom Lee Varner, according to a release from the HCSO.
The cause of death remains undetermined by the Hamilton County Medical Examiner's Office. The incident appears to be accidental.
ORIGINAL STORY: An all-terrain vehicle accident in a remote area of private property on Flat Top Mountain has left one man dead, according to a release from the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.
Sheriff's office personnel were at the scene Tuesday off Beverly Drive. The name of the victim was being withheld until his next-of-kin were notified.
