UPDATE Nov. 25 at 5:21 p.m.: The body of missing Harrison man James Franklin "Frank" Gray, 73, was found in a wooded area near his home late Saturday afternoon, according to a news release from the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office. He was the subject of a search involving a number of agencies that began Friday afternoon, extended into the night and resumed this morning.
Gray appears to have died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to the release. His body has been taken to the Hamilton County medical examiner's office.
73-year-old James "Frank" Franklin Gray is missing.
Gray was last seen at 10207 Snow Hill Road early this afternoon leaving for a walk. His wife told police he regularly goes for walks but always returns home.
He was last seen wearing jeans and a grey and blue flannel shirt.
