Forty tiny homes will be on display Saturday and Sunday at Audubon Acres, 900 Sanctuary Road in East Brainerd, for the state's first Tennessee Tiny House Festival.

Due to limited parking at the wildlife sanctuary, visitors may catch free shuttles to the festival in the Hamilton Place parking area between Abuelo's restaurant and Sears.

Festival admission for ages 13 and older is $20 for a one-day ticket; $35 for two-day pass.
