Israel Martin-AlonzoChattanooga police have identified and are searching for an 18-year-old suspect in Monday morning's hit-and-run on the 4500 block of Norcross Road that left one man dead.
Warrants have been filed for the arrest of Israel Martin-Alonzo. He will be charged with leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.
