Tracy Lee BowmanA man has been arrested in connection to the Aug. 12 fatal shooting in the 1600 block of Hotwater Road in Soddy-Daisy.
Tracy Lee Bowman, 46, has been charged with criminal homicide and especially aggravated robbery.
Hamilton County sheriff's deputies found 69-year-old Roger Kelly, dead from a gunshot wound at around 5 p.m. Aug. 12.
Bowman was arrested in Bradley County without incident on Wednesday at about 8:30 p.m. and was then taken to the Hamilton County Jail.
