A man was shot Tuesday night on Chattanooga's Southside, according to a Chattanooga Police Department news release.
Officers responded to a person shot report about 11:14 a.m. in the 1700 block of Mitchell Avenue.
Officers found 33-year-old man suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. Police have not identified the victim.
CPD Major Crimes Unit responded to conduct further investigation.
