Bryan Moody IIIAccording to the agreement, authorities determined Bryan Moody III was part of a sexually explicit chat room in which the discussions were focused on sexual conduct with children. An undercover federal agent entered into the discussion, and Moody told the agent he had watched videos and looked at still images of child pornography.
Moody admitted he was the individual who had that discussion in the chat room when he was approached in person by law enforcement and admitted he had watched at least two such videos.
