A man has been charged with several drug offenses after law enforcement officials seized 32 marijuana plants from a home in Bakewell.
Early Wednesday, personnel with the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division acted on a tip and searched a home on the 700 block of Retro-Hughes Road, according to a news release. During the search, they found the plants and arrested the homeowner, Derrick Flippo.
Flippo has been charged with possession with the intent of resale, convicted felon in possession of a firearm, manufacturing marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
