A tanker truck traveling on Highway 64 ran off the road and into the Ocoee River Tuesday evening, Polk County dispatch confirmed.
The driver was able to get out on his own and is being treated by emergency personnel. No other injuries are known at this time.
It happened between mile markers 11 and 12 after the truck went through a guard rail. It's not yet known how or why that happened.
