
A Chattanooga business was damaged by fire just after early Thursday.
Chattanooga firefighters responded to a reported commercial fire shortly after midnight at Woodbridge Foam Fabricating, 1138 Judd Road, according to a news release.
Battalion Chief David Thompson Jr. the fire was located in a stack of foam blocks. The building's sprinkler system activated and helped to contain the spread of the flames. The fire was declared under control in about 45 minutes.
No injuries were reported.
Most of the commercial business was spared any serious fire damage and the cause of the fire will be ruled accidental, the release states.
