Contractors have started installing a roundabout at the intersection of Mountain Creek Road at North Runyan Drive, according to a Chattanooga Department of Transportation news release.
Drivers are warned to approach the intersections with caution. New yield signs are posted for all three approaches, and drivers are to yield to traffic in the circle.
Workers are maintaining traffic during construction to limit the impact on commuters.
People are urged to drive slowly through the work zone as construction continues for the next few weeks.
